Oral presentation
Yes, of course. We highly recommend using your own device to ensure a smooth presentation and optimal data security. All lecture rooms are equipped with standard HDMI connections for the projectors. If you require an adapter, please email Christian Ehli (christian.ehli@fau.de) in advance. Our team of volunteers will be available on-site to assist with any technical support you may need. We also suggest taking a moment to test your presentation in the respective lecture room during a coffee or lunch break beforehand.
Sure. If so, please contact Christian Ehli (christian.ehli@fau.de) in advance, and we will arrange a computer for your presentation.

Please take a moment during one of the breaks before the session starts to test your presentation briefly in the designated venue. If you need assistance, please reach out to the Conference Assistants on-site or at the Registration Desk.
Please have your presentation ready to start at the beginning of your session. Start your computer early. If updates for your computer occur automatically, this way you will still have enough time.
Poster presentation
The maximum size allowed is DIN A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm). Posters should be printed in portrait orientation and will be displayed using pins. The pins are provided by the organizer.
Unfortunately not. Please bring your poster already printed.
The poster boards will be available from the day of your presentation at the latest by the lunch break. Please hang your poster on the designated poster board marked with your poster ID, name, and title. If you need assistance, our Conference Assistants will be happy to help. Just ask at the Registration Desk.
Please take down your poster directly at the end of your poster session at 8:00 PM, as the poster walls need to be free for the next poster session.
