Abstract Submission

Last-Minute Abstract Submissions for Poster Presentations

Please submit your last-minute abstracts for poster presentations directly via e-mail to Dr. Christian Ehli (christian.ehli@fau.de). Abstracts will be accepted once your official registration and payment for the conference have been completed.

The guidelines for abstract submission could be found below. Please use this Microsoft Word Abstract Template for oral or poster presentation.

 

Before you begin, please prepare the following information:

 Presenting author’s contact details:

  • Email address
  • Full postal address
  • Daytime and evening phone number

Author and co-author’s details:

  • Full first and family name(s)
  • Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, state (if relevant), country

Abstracts must be submitted with the following sections:

  • Title
  • Presentation Type (Oral or Poster)
  • Thematic Session
  • Abstract text – limited to 700 words

Please use this Microsoft Word Presentation Abstract Template for oral or poster presentation.

The abstract must be written in English. The abstract should be brief and concise.
The body of the abstract should not exceed 700 words including figures and tables.

The body of the abstract should be converted into a PDF format respecting the template.
The title should be short and informative
The body of your abstract should have a minimum of 50 words.

All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication. If you need help, please arrange for the review of your abstract by a colleague who has a good competence in English language, by a university scientific publications office (or other similar facility) or by a copy editor, prior to submission.

All materials you wish to display should be related to your presentation and the materials described in the abstract you submitted to the ICP 2025 Scientific Committee.

The presenting author is requested to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.

You accept and understand that all selected abstracts will be published on the Congress Website.

Only the abstracts of registered presenting authors will be included in the final programme.

Abstract presenters are required to be registered at the ICP 2025 Conference. Link to the Registration Portal
